- Under “Small Business Certifications” select “Woman-Owned Small Business Certification (WOSB/EDWOSB) Eligibility”
- Scroll through the page and read about the eligibility requirements
- Under there, you will find an eligibility form you can fill out
- Answer all the questions and submit
- After the page refreshes, it will tell you if you qualify as a Woman-Owned Small Business
