The Minority Business Enterprise, is certification that identifies businesses widely owned and ran by recognized ethnic groups. It is a high standard, for profit program businesses can use if they are at least 50% with a minority group. In order to know whether you can be qualified you must register with SAM to complete any process doing business with the federal government.
