Who can apply for 8(a) and set asides?

It’s suggested that only small business apply for certifications such as 8(a) and other set asides. Your business must be at an economic disadvantage and you may not have any previous of application to said certifications under SAM. USBRI has been offering filing assistance for the last 13 years.
