What’s the difference between DSBS and SAM? is used as the money portal for the federal government, tracking where money is going for who and for what. The DSBS (Dynamic Small Business Search) is the SBA’s portal for federal contractors to find and to identify small businesses registered in  SAM. A requirement to having a DSBS profile is having a active and compliant SAM registration.
