What happens to expired SAM?

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]An expired SAM will cause all payments from federal contracts or grants to CEASE until the registration becomes active again. To know the status of your registration, follow the steps below:

• • At the top of this page, select “Check SAM Status & Details” in red
  • Input your company’s legal business name, UEI, or CAGE code
  • After the page loads, it will show a brief summary of your SAM Registration which will include:
    • Expiration Date
    • POC’s
    • NAICS Codes
    • and more
