Effective Date & Revised Date 7-21-2026
These Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy govern your use of unitedstatesbusinessregistration.us and the services offered by United States Business Registration (“USBRI,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, placing an order or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to act for the business identified in any inquiry or order.
USBRI is a private third-party service provider. USBRI is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the United States government or any federal, state or local agency. Certain registrations, renewals and certifications may be completed directly through government websites without paying USBRI a service fee. USBRI charges for professional assistance, preparation, filing support, monitoring, document preparation and related services selected by the customer.
The scope of services is described on the applicable service page, order form, proposal or written agreement. You agree to provide complete, current and accurate information and to respond promptly to requests for documents or clarification. You are responsible for reviewing information before submission and for notifying USBRI of any changes that may affect your registration, certification, renewal or application.
Government processing times, requests for additional documentation, eligibility decisions, approvals and contract awards are controlled by the applicable agencies. USBRI does not guarantee approval, certification, funding, awards, contracts, set-aside status or any specific result.
When you place an order, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase the selected services on behalf of the identified business. You authorize USBRI to charge the payment method provided for the total amount shown on the order. For ACH or electronic check payments, you authorize a one-time debit in the amount displayed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Prices and service descriptions are subject to change before purchase. Any changes to the scope of work after purchase may require additional fees and your approval.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] within 48 hours after purchase and before USBRI submits an application, registration, certification or renewal or substantially completes a custom document. The request must include the business name, telephone number, transaction date and the word CANCEL.
Once an application, registration, certification or renewal has been submitted or a custom document has been substantially completed, the applicable service fees and third-party costs are nonrefundable. Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Please contact [email protected] promptly with any payment concern so we have a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter. Customers remain responsible for valid amounts due, returned payment fees, collection costs and reasonable attorney fees to the extent permitted by law. This section does not waive any rights available under applicable law or payment network rules.
By providing an email address or submitting an inquiry or order, you agree that USBRI may email you regarding your inquiry, order, account, document requests, registration or certification status, service updates, expiration and renewal reminders, customer support and information about additional products, services, certifications or programs for which your business may qualify. Emails may also include marketing and promotional content, special offers and discounts.
Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. Opting out of marketing emails will not prevent USBRI from sending service-related emails needed to process, administer or complete requested services. You consent to receive agreements, receipts, notices and records electronically.
Where you separately check the SMS consent box or otherwise provide valid consent, you agree to receive text messages from United States Business Registration regarding your inquiry, order, account, document requests, registration or certification status, service updates, expiration and renewal reminders, customer support and information about additional products, services, certifications or programs for which your business may qualify. Messages may include marketing and promotional content.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. We will honor valid opt-out and consent revocation requests as required by applicable law. Mobile opt-in information and consent records will not be shared with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to interfere with website security, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or systematically extract website data, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information or use the website in a manner that violates any law or the rights of another party.
The website, its design, text, graphics, logos, forms, service descriptions and other content are owned by or licensed to USBRI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission.
The website may link to government systems, payment processors and other third-party websites. Those websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. USBRI is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy or content of third-party websites and a link does not imply endorsement.
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, USBRI disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written service agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. USBRI does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USBRI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data or agency delays. USBRI’s total liability for a claim relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid to USBRI for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USBRI and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents from claims, losses and expenses arising from information you provide, your unlawful use of the website, your breach of these Terms or your violation of another party’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms or the services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pinellas County, Florida unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law. Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as permitted to its intended purpose. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable service order or written agreement constitute the entire agreement concerning the website and purchased services.
