SAM.gov is the registration portal where most information is submitted. There are many different resources available online to assist in answering and completing the registration and certifications properly. There is a help desk called FSD (Federal Service Desk) that is available for technical issues, primarily for opening trouble tickets specifically for technical issues only. They do not offer guideance or advice in any shape or form.

Need to renew?

If you checked your status and the expiration day is within 60 days, USBRI recommends to begin the renewal process since they are taking anywhere from 4-6 weeks. If you are ready to begin the renewal, you can call our help desk or browse the renewal page by clicking below.
