- Principal Office Location:

- Business Structure:
- The business must meet the criteria as a small business according to the SBA size standards,
- Ownership and Control:
- At least 51% of the business must be owned and controlled by a U.S. citizen.
- Employees’ Residence:
- 35% of the business’s total employees must reside in a HUBZone.
