The DUNS numbers were phased out in 2022 and replaced with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). The process to obtain a UEI can be time consuming and tedious. If you are not familiar with the SAM Registration and its process, USBRI has been assisting business’s with the process for over 11 years. If you need to know the status of your SAM Registration and are unsure about your UEI, follow the steps below:

    • At the top of this page, select “Check SAM & UEI Status” in red
    • Input your company’s legal business name or CAGE Code
    • Solve the security questions and select “Check SAM Status NOW”
    • Allow the page to generate a brief summary of your SAM Registration including information such as:
      • UEI Number
      • Expiration Date
      • NAICS, PSC, and FSC Codes
      • POC’s
      • and more
    • If you are unable to find your SAM Registration, contact the USBRI Help Desk at 1-888-646-9998 and a CRS will be able to assist you.
