SAM Notarized Letter

Only individuals who are authorized to represent a particular entity, or individuals representing themselves as an entity, may register an entity in SAM. In order to make changes to a business’ entity administrator role, a letter must be signed, notarized, and submitted for review through the Federal Service Desk.
